KVBC is here to promote expository preaching in Malaysia and it's a little strange that in this conference, you're going to do doctrinal preaching instead.
Can you help us to understand what is the relative strength of expository preaching and doctrinal preaching AND how do you see it ideally fitting in to a church's teaching programme? Is there room for both?

EXAMPLE: Euthanasia - Voluntary Dying Expository Preaching cannot deal with this topic - no particular passage of the Bible that addresses this issue
Our Doctrinal stance (and ethics) - one of the great dangers about euthanasia is that it can be abused by the evil in our hearts. Christians understand that human beings are not good. We have evil in our hearts.
We should not touch things that we should not touch - like [euthanasia = interfering in] the death of someone or suicide.
